Duffe Nuernberger Realty/Tower REG assisted our client/buyer in identification and successful negotiation of purchase of the property. To bring the vision to life, we partnered with RDA to develop the site for a second location of Dave Bailey’s Rooster Restaurant.

The project included coordination of the buyer/developer’s construction and permanent financing, state and federal historic tax credits, tax abatement, contractor and architect selection, and construction administration.
