2018 – Tower Real Estate Group has teamed up with St. Louis Fashion Fund to help redevelop/bring back the Garment District. The St. Louis Garment District was the 2nd largest garment district and was known for shoes. This past January – Tower gave a presentation to a variety of different people/businesses in the fashion world.
