Mary Thoelke

Mary is a Midtown business owner, developer, realtor, and resident. As the co-owner of a creative services firm, she knows the kinds of buildings and amenities that agencies and design firms are looking for. As a developer and realtor, she has helped to find homes for a number of creative firms, from graphic designers to fashion boutiques. As a resident, she is scrupulous about only bringing the best firms into the district where she, her kids and grandchildren live. Mary has been instrumental in bringing together the neighborhood by leading the Midtown Alley Street Fest and several Design Week events, and was awarded with an ALIVE Magazine “Buzz List” award for her efforts. Mary has been on the board of directors for Food Outreach, and devotes herself to improving St. Louis by donating time and talent to multiple arts organizations and schools.
