Initially, the team was brought on to simply find a restaurant user and broker the transaction for what was supposed to be a new restaurant and event venue. In working through the due diligence on the project, it became clear the plan for the project needed to be adjusted. In conjunction with RDA, we proposed a new building plan for the first floor and adjusted the interior design plan to accommodate the new vision. Jassen Johnson quickly joined the development team assisting in all aspects of the adjusted scope, plans, finishes, and brought in three of the four Resident Chefs for this newly branded project – ANEW Rooftop Venue and Streetside Test Kitchen.
