Tower assisted client/buyer in identification and successful negotiation of the purchase of the property. DNR/TREG also relocated an existing tenant in the building to allow the buyer to develop the property for Sherpa.
Partnering with RDA on the development of the site for a software development company, the team has coordinated the buyer/developer’s construction and permanent financing, state and federal historic tax credits, tax abatement, contractor and has completely designed the project from inception to completion, including all FF&E and finish packages.
RDA is also managing the property during the construction period.
