Last Thursday, We partnered with Renaissance Development Associates and held a cocktail happy hour in Midtown Alley showcasing the developments and all the leasing opportunity that is coming to the Midtown Area. Malone and Martin are among the many developments that are happening to bridge together Downtown West and Midtown Alley.
