Duffe Nuernberger Realty, now Tower Real Estate Group assisted in finding and negotiating the purchase of an off-market house in Shaw neighborhood for the purposes of renovating and reselling for a profit.

DNR/TREG sold the renovated property post-construction, partnering with Renaissance Development Associates on the development of the property. Project responsibilities included oversight of the owner/developer’s construction financing, state historic tax credits, NPA tax credits, tax abatement, contractor selection and construction management.
